A fun thing happened today.

Me: My arm is partially hyperextended, so go easy on it dude. Anything else is fair game.

Training partner who regularly has no self control when frustrated: Forces an armbar from S mount on bad arm and cranks it.

So yeah I am out of commission for a bit.

I changed quickly and did a storm off. Then gobbled codeine and beer.
