cool man but elaborate for me. like what does working with entail, what is it you do, what is the goal, etc.

i assume its a more tangible thing than therapy for example, where they basically just try to get you to blame all your problems on your upbringing/parents, relieving you of the guilt that you should feel from your own life choices. but its a simple bandaid/release for those lost souls who believe they feel better because someone told them what they wanted to hear, and they have to go back because no one can lie to themselves. so its a racket

but i mean what do psychologists do. i guess i could google it but i'd rather hear your like day to day. like its a monday and you arrive at work...
