Never said I was "depressed". Was given to me for anxiety actually which I thought was odd. Always thought Xanax was for depression. I'm not a doctor tho, so just ate them up. Kind of abused them for the short time I was on them.

I get 1mg Ativan for my anxiety which is basically the pussy version of the benzos. Haven't really been taking them much lately but I would like to get in to better shape. What attributes the benzos to weight gain is it just the lazyness they induce ?
