this tourney will be a 16 main affair in the keystyle format

main difference between this and "normal" txt tournies being that all battles will be posted and completed within 48 hours

any worries with voting should be discarded immediatly bcuz there will be 3 gaurenteed judges per battle

ALL other votes will be accepted

just a gaurenteed 3 explained votes from a legit panel of my choosing

I can promise you guys mags and votes
