Read The Big Short and learn from Cornwall capital. It's not the expertise, it's the balls and the due diligence, and the fucking DISCERNING ABILITY to spot a sure thing. Joel Greenblatt, Warren Buffet and any other market genius would tell you the same thing. Be a value investor not a market index following beginner, you don't even know if the market is gonna give you a solid return esp with inflation and advisor/fiduciary costs. They'll eat your returns into nothing.
