Default The Boys of Atalissa.

http://www.nytimes.com/interactive/2...ouse.html?_r=3

The story of how thousands of mentally disabled men were enslaved by a Texas turkey business for decades. Call me whatever names you want, but this story broke my fucking heart.

@Certain - if you haven't read this already, it looks like the Grey Lady refuses to go down without a fight. This is what separates real journalists from bloggers and tweeters.

What a horrific story, though. The gall of the living proprietor to still claim it was all a scam by mentally disabled people.. ugh. Hope he meets his maker scared and alone, knowing nobody is there to save him.
