@Certain - if you haven't read this already, it looks like the Grey Lady refuses to go down without a fight. This is what separates real journalists from bloggers and tweeters.

What a horrific story, though. The gall of the living proprietor to still claim it was all a scam by mentally disabled people.. ugh. Hope he meets his maker scared and alone, knowing nobody is there to save him.

but what happens to the average mentally disabled person? like what kind of lives do they live normally if they have a normal family?, meaning one that can't support them
