99% it wasn't the chips or crumble. Those do not have the necessary bacterial organisms growing on them to make you sick like that (unless something inside was really unsanitary, but in the cooking process that stuff is killed all the time).

You're probably looking at undercooked chicken/improperly cooled chicken after cooking resulting in the growth of either E.Coli, Salmonella or Listeria. Listeria kills though and E.Coli wouldn't make you throw up but you'd probably have the runs and shit...so it was probably salmonella growing on the chicken.

I'd contact the that bakery and let them know. Up here, stuff like that is really serious (like class action lawsuit/ product recalls). Maybe you can get some dough out of it.
