12 hours for extenuating circumstances should be more than enough for an extension.
Anything more than that means you spent the last week procrastinating and will no-show anyways. I'm fine with no extensions with the exception of a 12 hr buffer if you PM a mod and explain why you need it. Excuses like "I had to work", "I have a life," or "I was busy" wouldn't qualify. It would have to be family or illness-related or something that constitutes an emergecy. |
