Got a pain in the ball of my foot. It's like a Charlie horse but it won't go away. It's like a tendon in my foot, not the bone. I can stretch it and feel like it's putting pressure on the exact spot but it doesn't seem to get "loose".

Plus, I've got a spot in my back that flares up from time to time as well, and today is that day.

Fuck being 32.

Military is one of the smartest things anybody could do with their lives. There is no way you can’t agree with that

Even if he were to just be national guard or a reservist it’s still a great thing to do.
