The only Wizards big man who could stay with Noah is Trevor Booker, who is four inches shorter. And Taj Gibson might be a better one-on-one defender than Noah.

But discussing one-on-one matchups in Thibodeau's system is futile. He has turned Noah into a great team defender, as the job basically is to funnel opponents into Noah and Gibson.

What El Pancake said is the biggest thing, that Randy Wittman is a shitty coach who routinely makes costly decisions while Tom Thibodeau is one of the three best in the NBA.

Coaching is the only and main advantage. And when you said Trevor Booker and Defense in the same sentence you lost all basketball credibility especially when nene is one of the top pf/center defenders in the league.
