Sorry V, I knew you trained but I was under the impression it was more bodyweight exercises, pullups dips etc.
Please feel free to load a barbell with the max amount of weight you can withstand and shrug it for 1/2 reps. |

Lol my left leg weighs more then fig.
An im doin a barbell strength training routine still....so no shrugs currently I used to do dumbbell shrugs......like 80lb dumbbells for 4x12 er such..... Idk....theyre not really hard? Never bothered to 1rm or 2rm |

It's a slight bit more, actually. @The Warden
Maxing shrugs seems really pointless. Very short ROM, an exercise that is best used with high volume. Weird lift to brag about.
