Sorry V, I knew you trained but I was under the impression it was more bodyweight exercises, pullups dips etc.

Please feel free to load a barbell with the max amount of weight you can withstand and shrug it for 1/2 reps.

Lol my left leg weighs more then fig.


An im doin a barbell strength training routine still....so no shrugs currently

I used to do dumbbell shrugs......like 80lb dumbbells for 4x12 er such.....

Idk....theyre not really hard?

Never bothered to 1rm or 2rm

Well ive never done 1rm tbh

I normally do 3sets 10reps of 170kg so whatever that is in lbs? Barbell and straps obv.

Maxing shrugs seems really pointless. Very short ROM, an exercise that is best used with high volume. Weird lift to brag about.
