We older soliders now! We went from trying weed and rocking our gold!
To seeing our sons eat crayons, wondering "how nontoxic are those?"
Went from doing crime, avoiding wherever them cops in that car drove!
To chillin on the couch watching chris rock in that fargo
Went from tryna make it big like jada and the lox with hard flows!
To settling for 9 to 5 jobs and clocking in with barcodes
Went from breaking in niggas' cribs, blastin glocks at smart dobes!
To studying the dow jones, with buying shares of stock as our goal
Went from fuckin all thru the house, naked from our dred locks to our toes!
To having lil brats runnin around whining wasting pop and nachos
Went from dreaming of being an author getting movie options and starring roles!
To working jobs unloading trucks and unboxing the cargo
Went from calling people old while playing starfox and mario
To bitching that back in our day we ain't need no game unboxing embargo
So lets celebrate our full lives! and give each other props in our odes
Till we burn in hell, nothin left of us but our rottening charred skulls

This was cool I liked your flow throughout had good multis and I loved the contrast from scenario to scenario this was a good ode to growing up

BUT

that last line almost ruined the whole piece, that was some Sinacog level shit, be better man
