i just told people i was 6 ft cuz thats that boss shit yo

but word the kid i work with had a physical or whatever and they told him he was 5'11 i was like whatttt? im 5'11 quit lying and he brought out a tape measurer and sure enough he was 6 ft with his shoes on. we measured me and i was 6'2'' in these rundown air maxes i wear at work

I assume I'm somewhere between 5'11 and 6'0 as I vaguely remember being measured once and my brother is 6'1 and I'm just a little shorter so that's my best guess.

Also, women generally stop growing around 20ish I think but men can keep growing until their mid 20's in some cases.

word i miss it honestly, but i dropped weight healthily this time, so i don't feel so weird and light on my feet.

i'm most comfortable around 240, it feels right if that makes sense. i first dropped to like 205 when i worked at subway just eating healthier and only drinking water. it didnt feel right. i felt like i took off a giant backpack, every step was awkward and too easy? i dont know if that makes sense i just felt gangly clumsy and awkward. like imagine if your mouse weighed 30 pounds, and you used it your whole life, and then all of a sudden it weighs next to nothing like it does now. your zooming around. banging your hand knocking cups over. it isnt natural.

but now i still eat and drink like a savage, i just work really hard, so when i seen i was 215 the other day i was surprised. i still dont feel like im HEAVYHOOFING anymore, but its not like im too light if that makes sense

my boss boss, like the owner is renting out part of his giant building to a explosion training/fitness type company that works with offseason football players and general BEASTS. i went in there today and they painted like a football field in one half, and theres battle ropes, kettlebells, dumbbells, crazy machines and shit im sure cake and diode would jizz on etc, and they told our bosses we could get in there half price if we want

im almost considering it just because i feel like a BEAST right now, and if i got roids off my boy and hit that place up a couple times a week i could probably RUN THROUGH WALLS

I'm super quick but only for short periods of time because of cigarettes and other not so healthy things.

I have been trying to shame myself in to getting fit, I never put on weight so that isn't a problem but my general lack of fitness is worrying...it's only been the last year or so that all the things I have consumed over the years have started to catch up on me.
