Most wordplay is just happening upon it. Jaw droppers being a term used for a wow line, combined with calling it boring and yawning being contagious mixed with the slang of sick. It's a lot happening in one concept, in my opinion. Good wordplay is worded correctly is hard to come across, in my experience. I'd say 19 out of 20 'punches' are extremely corny and being forced just for the sake of putting out material. Filler, if you will lol I really don't wanna get going about how over done battling is. Battling leagues lol Battling is meant to be personalized. The scale with which battling is done is ridiculous. Especially in text where everyone wants a punchline for every bar. That's why battle verses are stale. There's no room for expression or personality because you're so busy trying to pack as much into a verse as possible. Shit is just corny, really.

Eminem's style has changed. The window pain line and plenty more are terrible. MMLP2 is a bit better. He builds on plays and carries them for multiple lines. Pitching a bitch. It's more subtly clever than some wowing type shit.
