Is there a rule that if an opponent MISSES THE DEADLINE THEY’VE ALREADY EXTENDED that the guy who showed up on time has to accept their late submission

Mentioning no names, just posing a somewhat rhetorical question here.

Let’s say Faggot 1 sneakily requests an extension, via PM to the mod, without Player 2 being made aware. Perfectly above board (if a little shady) nonetheless.

Player 2 keystyles to ensure he shows on time.

Faggot 1 then takes the extension, misses the extended deadline, and attempts to post late but is seemingly angered that Player 2 refuses his already late submission.

there are no winners in this scenario in my mind (apart from Player 2 who takes the W by no show)

which loser was more wrong and why?
