• Goal is for voting to end Saturdays
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours, anything longer is a DQ and/or Double DQ
• To avoid issues, you are encouraged to PM me your verse in advance


Line Limit:
• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 20 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.


Voting:
• I do not have time to count links, and I know nobody wants to post them because it’s tedious. Do your part and vote or I’m making house calls.

General Rules:
• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.

this reads like it was a chore to word correctly, and overall I think it was worded pretty well but still sort of flawed in saying "I witness F won 50" vs. the correct syntax of "before I witness F win 50". Nitpicking, but I think it's a good bar. 8/10

I don't really know of any real association with masonic shrines having sweat lodges and kinda the same comment as above about the wording reading like it's a chore, not that it isn't done well. 7/10

I've only watched a couple episodes of ozark but the wording is pretty self explanatory and comes off much smoother than the previous two bars imo. I haven't really been reading many battles lately so I don't know if it's been done, but it's fresh to me. 8.5/10

I've never seen FGR before, I thought he had some dope concepts but overall I think the wording on some of the bars weren't to my preference, and I think the boreas line was a big misstep against a consistent opponent unless there's some alternative wp intended that I just missed. That being said, I think he kept it a close match-up and would've had my vote with a couple minor changes

I've enjoyed most of the verses I've seen from Neighbor, and this wasn't an exception. Admittedly, I have seen better from him, but it seems apparent to me that he takes both sides of the syntax when wording his bars and drives them home well, and being able to do that consistently is about 70% of what makes a good bar, with the other 30% being creativity and potential behind the concept.

Decent verse here too. I enjoyed your fendi belt line most then warzone drop

This is real tough. I like both of your styles and it’s hard to pick a fave from these 2 drops. 3 quotes each so I need to determine who’s verse was stronger as a whole.

Neighbour had that Byrd line which I can see is cool. However, I haven’t seen the show yet and had to look it up... takes the sting out. Closer was ok and opener I didn’t enjoy.

FGR had armorial which was ok I guess. Just don’t massively enjoy wordplay bars unless they’re super dope and unexpected.

Interesting..I think this is definitely a contender for botw. Tbh I think the was probably more consistent. Neighbours ending and masonic shrine fell flat for me compared to FGRs only miss of Boreas (pm me wtf that was supposed to be man). However, despite FGR having a fire bar with the rifle, the rest were jabs for me. Neighbour had some absolute fire bars in here, the loadout the opener the Ozark line. Sheesh. Even that belt buckle bar was dope tbf.

Great read from both but neighbour took this for me comfortably with reflection.
