i can still deadlift more than you on this diet :D
and yes, this was absolutely my diet when i was deadlifting 500lb, except more protein shakes and less protein bars.
i'm probably healthier now than i was then, come to think of it, since i've cut waaaaay back on my drinking (thanks to my pax 2 <3 u boo).
work smarter, not harder. i do a 2 day/wk 5/3/1 now instead of 4 day/wk. then train 3x/week.
