But since u won't and we have no possible way of knowing what's wrong........ice for the first 48hrs after injury 20min on then 20min off for as many times a day as u can.....then after 48hrs u want heat. Hot shower or water bottle filled w hot water or hot wash cloth or heating pad etc.....again about 15-20min
This is an antidote for muscle strain so if it's something else this may or may not make it worse...lol....which is why u go to the Dr instead of netcees disc section
