yeah i should clarify. my back issues came from bjj. i was already super tight and in pain when i decided to deadlift a couple 435s. within minutes i knew i fucked up real bad. my back simply couldn't take it.
luckily it's all muscle related. no slipped discs or anything.
i just never want to feel that pain again.
especially when carrying around my > 24lb overgrown baby man.
