Something similar to my afternoon lunch
Sometimes an Herbalife 24 protein shake (if they Sellin it next door)

Before bed 10pm:
10 dinosaur shaped @TYSON chicken nuggets


And lots of water throughout the day


Stats:
160lbs

Don't squat bad for knees
Deadlift 315 (not risking more)
Bench 115's dumbells
Curl 65's concentrated

U better start squatting

An u at 160 sayin u'd lose weight on wat I posted? Lol that's a bulking diet for ur scrawny ass
