yeah, pyramid pushups. A better version of those are doing shoulder presses after each one, so one push up, one shoulder press, two pushups, two shoulder presses, so on. But I don't do 10 twice, I hit 10 once and then go back down. I don't do them with weight though, the shoulder press, breaks up lactic buildup, so you wont get tired doing the same repetitive workout.
