Default Just Front squatted 225 this morning for 21 with pauses at the bottom

Any bro worth his ballsack has done 21s on his Bicep. Who has done front squats with a hold at the bottom of rep 6, 11, 15, 18, 20, and 21? Holds correspond to rep # in seconds ie 6 second first hold, 5 second hold next etc.

This is less strenuous on your knees and stimulates gains

try it !!!!!
