My left elbow is fucking up.
Hasn't stopped me from lifting at all. I just cut out accessory bench/press work. Which is less than optimal.
Have been doing higher rep work for the past month or so. It's enjoyable. Still start every session with 3x5 of a compound (no deadlifts).
Trying to cut the fat brought on by alcoholic-phase Cake. Also trying to get back to my old pull up numbers. Personal best was 23 dead hang currently sitting at about 14.
