5'6 like 50/60 kilos? You should already be lean am I right? Abs show up when you have low body fat so you should already have some unless you pack all the weight around your mid-section am I right?

Im on my phone atm so cant go into great detail but I do deadlifts, pulldowns and 4 different rows. Always 3 sets of 10. Traps are shrugs upright rows and reverse Shoulder presses.

Sounds like you focus more on the look of your muscles than the functionality of them.

And I was still like 240-250...
I havent been under 200 lbs since middle school. (besides one high school wrestling meet where I cut to 189)

I am focusing more on the look to be honest, although I do strength training. I bench 3 sets of 10 reps for 120 kilos with no spotter, so you can imagine my strength sets bra.

I was over 200. And really, I don't have that pic anymore.

Look on RB.com thats the only place I can think of that would still have it.
