AT WHAT AGE AM I TOO OLD TO OBSESS OVER ANOTHER MAN AKA HUSH EVERY DAY OF MY LIFE AN GET NO WHERE WIT iT? TELL ME PLZ
I SAY NO LATER THAN THE AGE OF 25 WIN LOSE OR DRAW.....
|
25 is long.
@18 you should be out your parents house yo |
Realistically speaking, unless you're a trustfund baby - you're probably not going to be out of the house at 18. No "out of highschool with no degree or real life work experience" job pays enough money to cover the cost of a car, insurance, rent AND bills. Chances are you're going to be working as a cashier at a really shitty place for a few years and making minimum wage.
And if you plan on going to college fulltime, that's even more expenses and more time that can't be spent working a full-time job. Maybe in the 80's, the system was set-up to allow people to move out of the house by 18 - but these days, that's damn near impossible unless you've got your parents feeding you money |
tbh, it should be when you're getting married

SO IS 25 A FAIR AGE?
|
I left at 17 ... Moved back a few times over the course of my life for a couple months here and their as a transition but first left at 17
|
I LEFT AT 21..NEVER LOOKED BACK.
|
I left prematurely... It helped me learn to survive and live within means though
|
You should definitely live with a girl before you marry her. Dating someone and living with them is two ENTIRELY different things, and if you wait until after the marriage, you cant even -tell- how many gremlins will pop up

by the way, I don't count "moving out" as boarding in a dorm room at college, or living with a roommate. That, to me, just says you're dumb with your money and you're moving out just for the sake of saying "Hey I moved out"
Unless your home life is actually intolerable enough to merit moving out, you should be financially intelligent enough to know that taking advantage of as much free board as you can is the best move I count moving out as getting your OWN place. If it's with a significant other, that's fine - assuming you plan on being with them for a long time |
LET ME ASK YOU ANSWER, IF I WAS A 27 YEAR OLD MAN AND I STILL LIVED WITH MY MOM AND OR DAD, WOULD THAT BE UNRESPECTABLE

Getting married isn't something you do at a certain age...it's something you do whenever you happen to meet the person that's right for you. That could happen anywhere between the ages of 18 and 40. For some people, even later but as for moving out, that's all contingent on a lot of different things. What's more important is what you're doing WHILE you're living with your parents. If you're 25, but have a good paying job and enough money to move out - but you want to take the free board until you pay off your car, by all means - that's a smart fucking thing to do but if you're 25 years old & not doing shit with your life but playing COD all day and not actively doing anything to improve your situation, then you're pathetic Myself, I moved out when I was 23 & currently have an apartment with my girlfriend. But we both have car payments, bills, and other unexpected shit. And it's not we're struggling to pay them - we do fine. but we don't have nearly as much free money to save up as we did before we moved in together |
Hmm... I'm 25 and have moved in and out since I was 18. I'm living at home at least till I'm 26, because I'll be moving back to New Orleans this summer.
But I don't know. I'll be graduating right after that as well and considering going to California. My parents want me to live here, and I want to also, till I graduate and what not. I'm really grateful for that also. So, I guess as long as it takes. My gf's brother and his wife lived with his parents AFTER they got married for a year or so. Then once they had the funds, moved out, bought a house and now runs/owns a successful salon here in town. He's pushing 28 and she was over 30. So ya... |

Depends on the videogame |
There's statistical evidence that 35-40% of males between the ages of 18 and 31 live with their parents. It's baffling how those statistics get thrown out when people have e-reputations to defend
|
Is there a day u don't log on this site and obsess over strange men?
|
So would you respect a mans e-rep if he was one of those 40 percent?

lol, thread delivering.
Keep it going, gents. @Answer I agree with moving in with a chick before you marry her. I was just agreeing with Eddie as it's gender inequality exists where women aren't ostracized for living with their parents after a certain age and men are. VERITAS is a race troll and gender troll. He's a fail bald faggot that would get destroyed in a battle of the mind against yours truly. |
Bey u swoll or no swoll? Which battler do I have to destroy next for you to recognize my elite skills?
|
Lol @cake props
|
I left my parents crib at 16 & lived w/ my sister in her apartment.. it was cool.
Had to go back for a few months when I was 23 tho. The parents crib was always dope tho.. mad comfortable... & they had the Washington DC area DirectTV satellite box data card.. which showed the DC Metro area channels out in Ocean City.. which showed local & Baltimore area news if u got the data card for there. I just loved it at my folks crib.. drinkin' up all they Coors light & doing 8balls in the garage w/ various bitches. THe good ol days. |

There's more pressure on men since they're expected to be the breadwinners in the family. Though the statistics show a smaller number of women in the same age range live with their parents. I attribute that to 2 things 1 - A lot of them are probably dating older guys who make more money 2 - I think it's easier for a woman to find a roommate to go half & half with than it is for a dude |

Hmm, idk. Anyone considered top tier. Wouldn't mind you giving like Neigh or someone an L. Just 'cause. |
Bey u up in here selling wolf tickets, broski.

And @Answer I completely agree with your post. Women just have it easier when it comes moving out (among other things). |

THE QUESTION REMAINS...AT WHAT AGE IF A MAN STILL LIVES WITH HIS PARENTS DO YOU STOP RESPECTING HIM!?
