It's called Krokodil. It's a cheap heroin substitute. It is made of codeine and either gasoline or paint thinner. It causes gangrene, abscesses and skin to fall off the bone. It showed up in the USA two weeks ago. There's a photo with the linked story that I elected not to post here.
