salicylate acid facewash, benzoyl peroxide skin cream, and if the latter dries your skin out.. moisturize.

if you have cystic acne though you'll need to get on a script like accutane or retin-a though.

acne wasn't a huge issue for me. I had a couple of huge ones form during puberty, but mostly my face was super oily, and my armpits ate thru the strongest of deodorants.

if it's super serious, i have a homie that used lemon juice and he said it worked great.
