With grayed hair long,
you’ve lived beyond your years.
Take a deep breath in.
You'll sleep without the tears.
All’s not lost.
This isn't all that is.

Go on ahead.
I believe I won’t be long.
There we will always be,
even if only in thought.
Until again, friend,
remember this lonely song,
and believe you me,
I know I won’t be long.

Then again,
we'll remember how to be.
There forever
isn’t all there is to see.
Until then, friend,
you’ll save a seat for me.
I'll wait again.
We will always be,

and
our melody,
will be always when we breathe.
