3300 calories, 330 G protein, 330 G carbs, 70 g fats
Branched cyclic dextrin is a carbohydrate that clears the stomach quicker than most carbs. EAA's are just broken down proteins. |

Gatorade GOAT electrolytes, but yea don't drink it if you are prone to breaking out. Water is always the best alternative...I fuck fat bitches why? Cuz my ratchet's heavy lmao

I weigh 205, G. That's less than 1.5g/lb. Plus, if I need 3300 at this point to put on lean mass, protein has to be at a certain point to hit the calorie number without unnecessary body fat. As I add calories, protein will stay the same and carbs will increase.
100 grams. Last edited by Cashius; 04-29-2016 at 10:30 AM. |

smh
my diet fluids: arizona arnold palmer gallon jug, harris teeter valencia orange juice, and a crapload of water morning: banana yogurt cereal or frozen waffles, maybe eggs if i'm feeling productive string cheese day: popcorn, pretzels, blackberries, blueberries, grapes, nuts/trail mix lunch: ham and cheese sandwich. maybe a pickle if the jar isn't in the back of the fridge. early evening: see day dinner: steak, chicken, pork, or fish. some kind of side, likely a carb, but maybe my wife has found another vegetable i might eat? who knows. maybe! dessert: ice cream or gelato oh, and if it's a workout or training day, a protein bar. too lazy for mixing protein anymore. GET ON MY LEVEL

i can still deadlift more than you on this diet :D
and yes, this was absolutely my diet when i was deadlifting 500lb, except more protein shakes and less protein bars. i'm probably healthier now than i was then, come to think of it, since i've cut waaaaay back on my drinking (thanks to my pax 2 <3 u boo). work smarter, not harder. i do a 2 day/wk 5/3/1 now instead of 4 day/wk. then train 3x/week.

Not sure of the endgame of this thread or if it's going as planned, at first I just thought we would all come in and discuss our day.
Here's mine so far... Hit snooze 4 times, got up at 7:20 Showered... Used some regular ass soap, washed hair and beard with some faggot egg protein and coconut shampoo. Coated dick and balls in Vaseline (it just felt right) Clocked in at 7:59 Oh yeah, Friday is casual... rocking jeans that feel too tight and a THAT'S WHAT SHE SAID shirt (my boss is a lesbian who looks like Go Diego Go with Al Pacino's haircut from Dick Tracy). I also put on some Degree and 3 pumps of Chrome to the chest, ass and dick regions. Put on the Sketchers with the memory foam (not stylish, but gottdamn son, there's zero fucking carpet where I'm stationed right now and my other shoes can't fuck with) Had a big cup of coffee and a Cliff bar. Started back drawing on Fallout Duck facing nuclear winter. That's where I'm at now at 9:41 am. Plus also: Zero fucks given all day |

speaking of Jesus and a warm shower, question for @veritas - if Jesus asked you to jerk him off, would you?

@Bags
It's this: My wife is like super fucking picky about shampoo. So yo she bought this shit and gave it to me cause she wasn't feeling it. Her aunt is a hairdresser, so she stays getting the hookup on the expensive salon shit. Your boy be washing his hair with fucking 99 cent Sauve shampoo that smells like car air freshners and medium hopes. But I can't lie, that egg protein shit is pretty dope. |
