yes, common sense dictates that giving robber barons whatever they want leads to massive economic casualties. they are not reinvesting back into the workforce - and in modern times - back into america, period.
there is no incentive in a global economy. take, take, take, take.

b) bush-era legislation led to the housing bubble burst, bro. repeal of glass-steagall was a republican initiative. clinton fucked up by accepting it as part of GLBA, but that was reaganomics all the way.

common sense Diode:
Should you and Uh-oh be given the same amount>? are your lives equal? better yet, should you have to continue to work as you do, and be forced to give a larger percentage then Uh-oh? Should you have to pay so that Uh-Oh can stop being a dirt person because it is not fair that he is one?

YOU HAD A HEEL TURN ALONG TIME AGO AND JUST CAN'T SEE IT. COMMON SENSE: IF YOU WANT TO FIX THE ECONOMY...WELL....HAS A POOR PERSON EVER PAID YOU TO WORK FOR THEM? EDIT: I AM NOT SAYING I AM FOR THE ROBBER BARONS, i JUST KNOW THAT KEEPING THEM HAPPY WILL MAKE THINGS BETTER FOR MOST OF US IN THE MIDDLE CLASS (MAYBE A FEW SCRAPS), INSTEAD OF PUNISHING THEM AND HINDERING THEM...WHICH WILL ONLY HURT ALL OF US. fair?

As long as the discussion remains mostly RIGHT WING v LEFT WING, it's gonna be a race on treadmills.
It's always a system of breaking one guys dick so another guy can fuck. black people were at a disadvantage in the workplace, now they have an advantage. They had an orientation class at my work the other day and there were 40 new black hires and 1 new white dude. They are also scared to fire a few of the black dudes who smoke weed and sleep on the job. |

Well, tbh Diode, I'm more inclined to trust what I see firsthand over some skewed stats from some biased source. I'm not one to think what I "see personally" is the same across the board, but yo, I think locally before globally because what is local effects me the most. surely, you can follow that type of logic. But yeah, there's no NAACP for white people and there are no attorneys/internet doctors/reverends running in to defend disgruntled/fired/discriminated against white people. again, this is easy to follow logic. I gotta go tho, headed to the WHITE LIVES MATTER rally picking up my hood and robe from dry cleaners lololololollolololol |

I thought it was because Wall St. re-packaged sub-prime mortgage bonds into a trillion different tranches all the way from AAA to CCC. I thought it was because Moodys and S&P incorrectly rated these bonds which were all about to default because dudes were giving loans to Mexican strawberry pickers earning 10k a year and giving them AAA ratings to buy million dollar homes. I thought it was because The young Wall St. dudes doling out these mortgages didn't give a fuck bc they got mad bread to close these deals. I thought it was because throughout it all only a tiny group of people ever bothered to look into the filings, visit the agencies, talk to everyone involved and understand that when these mortgages defaulted the housing market would crash. Then they shorted the shit out of it sub primes. CRAZY shit yo you're equating Wall st to Democrats. You're a faggot. Don't re-quote this or reply back to me you fucking peasant just understand ur fucking retarded.

2, solar jobs are not union nor are they city/government jobs. solar is the biggest growing industry and it's not even a little tough to get a job in that market. 3, i agree that we need less government, but just because there's a bunch of bad government policies does not mean we shouldn't add good government policies and try getting rid of the bullshit. its the type of governing that matters. 4, those steel jobs aren't there because of disastrous trade agreements. not because those companies were being taxed too high or couldn't make enough profit. |

"ignorance"? Ummmm ok, I will play along. Pls list the names of each of those groups that will come in and defend white people. I made a statement, not an opinion. I never said whether that it was wrong or right, simply that it happens like that. BUT YEAH... what type of issues do you see happen where Jesse Jackson or Al Sharpton comes in? and how much media coverage does it generate? |

So what incentive is there to support yourself? Do you really think enough people won't be able to get around any new tax law that suddenly everyone can have health insurance? Are you that naive? I don't even spend that much on food and entertainment a week. If they gave out less assistance and people were JUST living if they didn't want to work themselves into a better life we could feed and shelter the homeless and support even more people. And fuck that even. Fuck Internet statistics and graphs and bullshit reporting by bias channels. How are you going to say Batty using his own experiences to base his opinions is idiotic? You seriously trust the fucking Internet over REAL experiences? You're that blinded by your ego and hopes of what society should be that you take information you have 0 evidence can be backed up over what you see in the real world? You're going to take the word of "research" that under 1% of government assistance is used fraudulently as fact that YES must be true they said so instead of thinking maybeeee they just fucking suck at catching it? You're going to witness well over 25% of people on food stamps actually need them but take those stats from one areas hand full of people as truth? Fuck you man |

i know corporations are people in the eyes of the legal system, friend. that doesn't mean it's accurate. as a matter of fact, it's fucking ridiculous, and that is only the law because of the ongoing corruption of legislation. i would think you know that. to answer your question, no. if a corporation makes 100 billion a year, and now actually pays its 35 billion in taxes instead of hoarding it, the country gets 35 billion. if the company in turn legally increases its profits by 35 billion, we now get 35% of 135 billion which is 47 billion, and so forth. i doubt that corporations price inflation will cost america $47 billion, (again this depends on the corporation), and i doubt it will cost $47 billion worth of employment salaries if they need to cut some jobs. again, i'm not sure why people defend the corporation. if it can't make these profits in a legitimate way, it does not deserve to be a multibillion dollar company in america. as far as countries like cuba or venezuela, socialism is a terrible thing when the government gets over involved and uses it to corrupt their country, keeping the money meant to be spent on socialist programs, etc. like how the capitalism in this country creates billions of dollars that all go to special interests that in turn go to the governement to keep special interests happy, leaving no benefit for the lower and middle class. democratic socialism is socialism to benefit the people, not the governement. america has a nice ribbon labeled 'free market' & 'the american dream' tied around the way they justify this corruption, and most people are blinded by that. |
