31 now. First forum I went to was rapmusicforums.com cuz 2 kids from my middle school were on it, but it went down shortly after. Then I migrated to lyricalwars. I was on a bunch of other sites for short periods of time but primarily hiphopairplay, raptism, hollafront, then rap royalty.

It’s crazy that i went a super long time without crossing paths with a lot of people until I came to nc. These days I always think of this scene as pretty small/niche but it’s a testament to how big the scene used to be

Started rapping on Sega America forums lmaoooo but then
On some forum called ‘rap nation’ that had a small following, hoping to run into some of those guys again someday but I doubt it haha

I’m 30. Started in like 06 on Rapworlds which sucked then found my way to Illesty in 07/08 where I met Hush, Murda Sho, and a few others. A lot of how I write is down to Illesty, they had some really witty dudes who all had their own style. My favourite site of all time.

That's the board I first started on with Sentex, Maniphesto, froshkiller jones etc..... Fun times. I spent more time on my little thugged out cartoon avy than I did my actual rhymes

32, started out at any site with a rap-thread going. Then I moved over to CC after being on a circle jerky site for a little while where everyone rubbed their own dicks to their textual content. Joined NC to battle some dude on neutral grounds cus CC was "too biased". After the battle here I never saw that dude throw insults towards me or my writing again, he didn't talk to me at all actually, or really post another verse again. So, yeah, that's why I'm still here. Probably my most satisfying win to this date cus he was beyond nagging on how bad I was, only for him to stop writing altogether when I won over him in what must have been the most important battle of his life seeing how it killed all will to write. Kinda sad knowing I'm probably the reason to why someone stopped writing now that I think about it, lol
