Rules

Due Dates:
• Verses are due Wednesday by 11:59 PM PST.
• Goal is for voting to end Saturdays
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours, anything longer is a DQ and/or Double DQ
• To avoid issues, you are encouraged to PM me your verse in advance


Line Limit:
• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 20 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.


Voting:
• I do not have time to count links, and I know nobody wants to post them because it’s tedious. Do your part and vote or I’m making house calls.

General Rules:
• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
means you will disqualified.
• A check in isn't mandatory, but it is encouraged.
• If your opponent doesn't check in,
you still have to post a verse.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post
must match the 1st person's line amount.

Interesting back & forth; I like seeing the clash in styles in terms of angles you each took. INF had a lot of creativity & multiple concepts w/in his bars that made me have to read through twice, but didn't lose any luster the second time around. Orc was more straightforward; less concept-heavy, but more punch-driven w/ some clever angles, per usual. This's a tough call cuz I thought Orc could've done a little more to mix in some different angles, but what he did do, he did well & it was an unorthodox approach. On the other hand, INF's creativity & replay value was refreshing to see, although I feel like he struggled w/ wording his lines to effectively capitalize on his punches. For example, the "gloves off" bar was conceptually dope & set up well, but it failed to wow me in terms of attacking the opponent. Orc's biter/DQ angle felt a little tired by the third bar, but he set up & delivered it effortlessly in a way that's both personal & relevant. Great battle, fellas.. possible BOTW

The 2 best bars from each imo. Thought both verses were strong. This was tough to call but for me I think this edges in favour of Inf. just personally preferred the more original angle of the drop. Respect to both

I'm going to have to vote Orc here. No hate Inf I thought you were hands and above the more creative puncher here and thought your birdbox bar was dope. Felt you just came to out there for me in some of these an I really had to get the cogs turning, I appreciate you've used your words carefully and kept the flow tight but I needed a bit more direction to help me got the bars straight away. Sometimes that realisation moment really makes a bar, but having that nearly bar after bar sort of takes away from the impact.

Orc came with a much simpler.approach but he kept the lolz and personals to point. Hit the same.angle a bit but it worked here and felt like a sort of old school dumbfounded clowning style. The suicide note and the resume edit were.my personal.favourites even though they were quite similar.in angle. I actually prefer the resume bar even though the suicide bar was a double personal and alot more mean in nature.

Got orc edging this but definately the best battle I've read thus far.

Burdhouse- Connections carried this. Nice.
Mccormick-not catching the first part of the wordplay. So, this fell a bit flat to me.
Lockdown-Yeh, this was dope.
Gloves off-this concept and connections were dope. Would’ve liked it to end a little different.
Teetering-Cool. Liked it. Had to read teetering a few times tho.


Orc-
One punch man- just ok to me
Resume-Yeh liked that.
Suicide note-A little too similar to line before. Prolly like this one better.
Discharge- ok
Ringing a bell-Cool-feel like you could’ve made it harsher or had another connection.

Cool battle guys. But I think Inf took it. I feel like his creativity and connections overtook Orc’s humor. I don’t think this was up to Orc’s normal standard and this was the best inf verse I’ve read in a minute.

Proper disposal was sick because its how you take medical gloves off. The me core mick was slick and the bit/bite - res/but was really cool how you tied it all up. The nesting box was cool and the lockdown was dope. Last bar was alright nothing crazy. You definitely had a more creative and complex layering to wording your lines here. This is when your really potent. You came personal and creative which is hard to top.

Orc you had some smooth wording but ur concepts werent nearly as creative or show any complex wording to them. But thats what makes ypu potent is when your straight word and smooth with the wording. I liked resume that was dope, one punch was slick, thought suicide note was dope ringing a bell was light for me not a fan of the quasimodo flip. Dishinorable discharge coukdve been way harsher liekd the idea just not how you went with it. Knowing you this couldve been a nasty flip. Seemed like you didnt take INF that serious tbh.
