He jumped the shark with this HIV troll, though. You either pull the HIV troll card first or you don't pull it at all. He's a known troll now and he'd have been better off doing something more subtle at this point.

Although I give him props for promptly disappearing after making a few posts in that topic. Makes people think he really went on that 35k bender.

True. When I read that topic I knew it was a troll but a part of me thought "This really isn't out of the realm of possibility though." That speaks to his body of work, really. Master class.

What's so amazing about it is he seems so gutter and simple that you don't think he's capable of doing these elaborate character trolls. That's the real beauty of his work.

He's like that old chink magician in 'The Prestige' who walks around like he's hobbled just so he can pull off that one fishbowl trick.
