Intro

Hi guys. This is the second round of the best battle league's playoff tournament. I apologize for not getting a mag up last week. You'll probably hear me apologize a few more times while reading but fuck it, I'm sorry for real, my bad guys. Anyway, last round was not what I was hoping for but it's partly my fault because of no magazine and possibly lowering the level of motivation. Let's continue.

Meth vs. Untold

I'm going to be honest. I was not motivated for this battle whatsoever. That's not an excuse though, that's just on me. I was destroyed in this battle. I was out worded, I was out punched and Told was way more creative that I was. I had a few good ideas that I just took little to no time to word and was the reason they missed, biggest example being my tumor line. I accidently flip flopped the wordplay and it made no sense because of it. Untold's biggest issue is his wording, although he out did me in this one it's the only thing holding him back, for example probably my favorite bar from his verse.

Could have been made a lot better with some crisper, harsher wording to go along with the god damned dope concept; Rounds in tournaments concepts are usually played bt the way he connected it to me being overweight with a decent spin on the flip was pretty good. My best bar from the battle was, imo.

It was a little statementy do to the bad wording but I liked the concept. Could have made it way better.

Knucklehead vs. Pryde

Pryde has never been someone who is a huge threat and Knuckleface made it pretty clear why in this battle. Knuck came with some swag and flow type shit that was harder hitting than Pryde;s regular punches. There really isn't a lot to say about this one it was a landslide.

Lecture vs. Rayge

Lecture was blehhhhhhh. Definitely not accustom to the NC type of battle style apparently. He had some ok ideas but he executed them like a rap not a battle. Rayge came consistent with some decent jabs and it was more than enough to take this one.

Dominate vs. Boredom

To me Boredom seemed to come lazy as fuck. I don't know if he was or not but I hope he was cuz i know hes better than what he dropped. Dom had a few hits but I didn't think he had anything major. Consistent enough to take the cake though.

Knucklehead vs. FGR

This won't be close. Knucklehead is really good and FGR is really average. Only chance FGR has is a no show tbh.

Cashius vs. Atomic

Just like the last battle this won't be close. Atomic is better than FGR sometimes though, but sometmes he isn;t so it goes both ways honestly. Cashius is one of the top guys doing it, and he's doing it considtently. I don't see anychance for Atomic to actually beat Cashius, and I've never seen him no show so no shot for Atomic in my opinion.

Rayge vs. Patrick

Patrick is Swerve and Swerve is really good. He's champed multiple things at NC. He's always consistent and pretty creative. Sometimes he comes worse than he should but that's expected from a Canadian. However he's a Saints fan so he gets better as we get closer to football so people should begin to watch out. Rayge is inconsistently consistent. Usually he either is very consistent with jabs or he's inconsistent with a haymaker or 2 and a bunch of misses. He's nothing to take for granted though, but I think Swerveington Esquire whatever the fuck has this.

Dominate vs. Untold

This could and should be cool. We know Dom is gonna come with it as he always does but the thing is will Untold be able to produce enough quality bars to get past Dom and make a run at a season title like he did in the LLL a few years ago. I would not take homie for granted, but I don't think Dom will and I think he should do a solid job and get past him.
