Rules

• Voting ends Tuesday 11:59 PM PST.
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are normally 24 hours
  (unless requested otherwise, that is),
  can be no longer than 36 hours
  and have to be granted by your opponent.

Line Limit:

• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 16 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.

• Must vote on 5 battles and post your links.
• Post the links in the thread titled "Week 7 Voting Links".
• You will be punished if you don't post all 5 voting links.
  You will not like the punishment, so just vote so you

General Rules:

• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.

Unfortunately the close was lost on me - nice opener and to be honest overall the verse was pretty tight however if we being critical I didn't feel the Abraham line - close was lost on me - and while the mafia fireplaces line got a cuckle it wasn't that great technically.

iunno, im tired of trynna justify a choice, ill go wit strik for havin landed more hits, tho id give cash lotb w cyanide i think strik was more consistent, cash shit was reminiscent of sum karp on them joke sites steelo. like that house warming shit? shits good but it just feels like sum joke site flip, its dope regardless but ill give it to strik, just a bit more creative conceptually & agressive.

I liked the Scrooge, housewarming and cyanide lines..that one being lotb.
For strikta the opener was K and the calculator line was pretty funny so I'm giving cash the nod off consistencye .. cash had other lines that could've been quoted. Strict. Had worse. Misses okc and Abraham two that came to mind

Housewarming was lotb and cyanide was a close second. Concepts were solid on both sides but cash executed better. Amish line was dope tho.

Anyways, good battle here. I thought Strik had consistency, while Cash had standout lines that were well executed. Strik didn't have a best line, but I liked the bread line and child discipline.

Cyanide is LOTB. it was direct, for the throat, and got the point across with little effort. However, the safety line missed because it wasn't a direct insult and didn't tie in the football reference well enough.

I hate voting on battles like this, because the LOTB almost makes me give it to Cash. However, Strik had some nice concepts. Nothing way out of the box but still somewhat creative. I think the way he worded his lines won it for him.

man, tied in quotes. definitely a good battle here. both guys were very consistent. i really wasn't diggin Cash's opener but the rest of his verse was dope. i kind of dug the "heat bill" line but ill nik-a's right, should be electric bill. strik came dope also. really dug the opener and the calculator line was cool. but for real, cash had that cyanide line and that shit was sickkk. so..
