the key is to make yourself to busy to do drugs, to stay off them even weed i rarely smoke anymore because its like SHIT im off work lemme eat and chill for a minute, grab a shower, watch some horse shit browse the web and then fuck. its 8-9 pm. im tired as shit. crash out. wake up early. 5 everyday, some days 4. get some coffee in me, fuck off before work. do it again. you'll get used to it. then the weekend comes and its like oh shit i got nothing to do. might as well get fucked up. but then its monday and your like wtf my weekend was a blur and i feel like dogshit and i gotta put in crazy hours again. so you don't go as hard on the weekends then eventually you become the guy who you thought was corny when you were 15 life
