Years ago, Nighthawks by Cage & Camu Tao kind of changed the way I look at rap, widened my scope beyond traditional shit.
And I don't even like Cage solo (other than a couple songs), but the album is really cool. (concept album about some crooked cops) A little bit contrived? Maybe. But original and dope. |
