Rules

Due Dates:
• Verses are due FRIDAY by 11:59 PM PST.
• Voting ends MONDAY ideally
• Battles that lack votes may close later.
• One sided battles may get closed early.
• Extensions are 24 hours, anything longer is a DQ and/or Double DQ
• To avoid issues, you are encouraged to PM me your verse in advance

Line Limit:
• Min. = 10 lines
• Max. = 20 lines
• The max. can be higher if different is agreed upon by both.

Voting:
• I do not have time to count links, and I know nobody wants to post them because it’s tedious. Do your part and vote or I’m making house calls.

General Rules:
• 1st person to post can't edit after the 2nd person posts.
• 2nd person to post can't edit after a vote has been made.
• Feeding = DQ.
• Recycling = DQ.
• Biting = DQ.
• No freeposting, swaying or bitching.
• Unless a picture battle is agreed upon,
linking to your opponent's picture or posting it
means you will disqualified.
• A check in isn't mandatory, but it is encouraged.
• If your opponent doesn't check in,
you still have to post a verse.
• Competitors should agree on a line limit in their check in.
• If no line limit is agreed on, then the 2nd person to post

Halfway through your verse I thought you were going to lose comfortably. But then family plan and HPV were your best two bars, and if the closer was better than those you would've won outright. I give this a 6/10.

Good read here, boys. I honestly had to go over this one a couple times; on one hand, Bar's verse was clean & straightforward but a bit light in some spots.. on the other hand, Answer was attacking more but had a lot of extraneous language/wording for some concepts that were not overtly strong. I honestly enjoyed reading both of them the few times that I did, as this was a real clash of styles & it's hard to distill who's more effective cause you're both top-tier writers. Neither of you had a lot of misses, but I have to lean towards Answer for bringing more punches & landing the bigger shots here. Barc gets style points for having that swagged-out wording while still hitting the mark, though. Props to both of you

Tough battle. Felt barcotic had some nice hits in many places, thought answers in the back was dope and the fine/bet bars were probably the best with the only major miss for me being the opener which was weak to me. Answers jabs felt less consistent then Barcs but he definately had the lotb an where he hits i did appreciate them more, the lotb for me was that jack in the shining bar, that shit was dope. Felt the opener was meh, didn't like any of it, and the beach body I thought was potential for lotb but the ending let it down for me. Which was a shame. The last two bars were solid. Tbh I said barc was more consistent but more I read I'm changing my mind. You both had a glaring miss an one that was slightly let down....I wasn't sure on the herb in ground bar but third reading an I'm liking it ..

Tough call as both had different styles but that jack shining bar made the difference for me. So on that basis imma have to go for answer.

close battle here but I think answer edges this out, I consider it was a more funny/entertaining read overall, shining, phone bill and hpv bars were hilarious. barcotics answers in the back is LOTB though, nice verse

Basically, two styles & I think Answers better quotes were more impactful, I also liked the angle of his attacks being more aggressive. V/answer ..close battle.. barcs wording was smooth..I was digging the short bars..cool wordplay..not a bad verse at all it was just slightly outmatched by harsher punches n aggression

cool battle, was actually pretty close. Bar had the trunk line and the fine-answer line. That was about it, to me. Answer started slow but picked up steam, the entire second half of his verse was cool to me. Phone bill line was a highlight, possibly LOTB. Going with Answer based on consistency.
