you just make it so that 1-2 or BAL competitors HAVE to vote on the battle until someone's 2 votes up

it's not hard to liaise with the other mods here

the AOWL heads would have voted if needed (maybe not ideal, but could have been done bruh)

Back on NC 1 I shut down the whole forum except the battle that had been waiting for votes.

You wanna know how long it stayed open?

Forever. It never closed.

Days later the site went down.

If people want to be mad at me okay. Whatever. I don't care.

I voted myself, I @'d people, I made threads in discussion, I posted in visitor messages, I pm'd people, i TRIED to get votes.

I realized when I closed it this decision wouldn't be popular. But it is what it is. If more people were voting it wouldn't be that way but that's just a pipe dream.

didnt i hold a successful site vs site tourney earlier this year?

noone had any reason to vote on other battles other than it being fun as fuck to do because i built up hype around it

its definitely possible

robotic mods who close threads/post mags with no personality are only good to a certain extent

you need characters at the helm to make it engaging so ppl wanna be involved
