Life's absurdity is...
Recollecting the basis for my intellectual hatred,
Latent memories vent, and we get a sense of creation. It all started when my brain began dissecting statements Connecting ideas that led to hellish places. Awaiting relief, but I only grew more tense from waiting. The cosmos breath was fading And here I was, suspended in its cadence. Hoping to see an angelic painting Afraid to factor in my true destination. Being okay with feeling death's sensation. Letting Poe's raven out his mental cage Therefore letting destiny transcend its page. I admit I confess, I have lesser cravings But I close my eyes and then erase them. My alias exists because I'm an alien in sin. Existential bliss turning into a plagued abyss. Imagine an angel with inflammation in his wings Crying out, so Satan comes to save him from this. How's that for a visual disturbance? Knowledge doesn't exist its a myth that we're learning. Every night I lie crippled and turning, listening to my nerves twist. My lips quiver, dripping bourbon. Liver detergent. In the midst of all this there's a giggling emergence. A moment of clarity, like a rippling stone in the middle of my soul. I start scribbling notes, so I don't forget any literal quote. I used to wish some voice would whisper my purpose Until I actually heard it. And outgrew my mystical yearning. But, that turned out to be an illusion, So I wouldn't feel so inflicted and worthless. Ha ha, life itself is the oldest ancient saying Proverbial mayhem, a highly coercive matrix Filled with absurd captions. Word tangents. I live in a humble abode but I prefer mansions. I'm a berserk madmen, but only within my pensive playpen. Pain is irrelevant, so increase the weight on my skeleton. The blood in my veins is venomous, stained with sedatives A heritage of heretics, but still greatly intelligent. But, I want to be less depraved and negative So I soak my brain in the nebulous, Thereby escaping this temporal-spatial elements. Age is relative, but that's something we say in estimate Because we're afraid of its endlessness. |

I liked this post. You seemed like you were trying to be like fuck life is hard but we've all experienced it so it's real and we gotta figure out what makes you happy and how to get through it also you had plenty quoteworthy moments was it memorable I suppose is it hof worthy or again quoteworthy but still traditionally it is the sort of piece someone might remember?? In all honesty your diction was impressive plenty of cool rhymes and concepts admittedly there's a lot of pieces like this ya know talking everyday shit and the trouble and work it took to check this piece hopefully I've given you enough examples but in the open mic a lotta pieces are slept on and for that congrats for dropling and hopefully more stuff goodwork

This is true of you to a T, the wandering wordsmith with a fascination with cosmological literary bounds, and with a hint of lime zest and Canibus' notebook outtakes. I liked the read because it rhymed well. Your writing strikes me as an accumulation of logical observations, moreso than a way of impressing the reader with your concepts, flow, and imagery. It's a traditional, 'see it as it is/say it as it is' credo and it explains some of the ideas that comprise your approach to life as a human being. It's not often you'll find someone who writes about what makes them them, and does it in the style of some of their favorite rappers/philosophers, of course with an original spin (no one writes alike, there are noticeable differences in construction etc.) Thanks for the read, and keep writing. |
