Charming lil place really. I'd take it over center city/south Philly any day, though all of New construction in the area tells me developers are thinking the same thing. Probably won't lose much value during the inevitable market crash

At the end of the day, mpney makes this wrld move. Brings more into the city, tourist, etc. Although philly nightlife shuts dwn early ( looking at u Camden niggas) it's an awesome city. Hope to see it develop.

Don't worry, it's not one of those 'up-and-coming' neighbors being developed. It's more like there's truly no room in center city. It's been high on the list of family friendly neighborhoods for as long as I can remember. Tbh I was surprised geno came from the area cause it's been a good place forever.
