I know out here in PA - it's much cheaper to build one. Plus it's BRAND NEW - never been owned/lived in before.

Had mine built but tired of it already. Was thinking expand but need to go up as the land where I am is all marsh and rocky/shale. It sucks.

The POCONOS have a lot of big ponds they call lakes.

Painted the cement today. Second coat tomorrow. Wet sealer Wednesday then sink mount on Thursday or Friday

Architects are important.. very important.. meaning there are architects who are super design based (colors, finishes, aesthetics, that bullshit), then architects who like to overcomplicate everything to maximize price, and the one you want is the blue collar one who knows how optimize space. gotta interview them and check out their past work.

get 3-4 different space plans, and then let your wife pick.. thanks
