He has lossed before... In fact, I believe 6 times at the amateur level and the Olympics where he placed Bronze (But that was a robbery.)

his mma fights have been showcase exhibitions just to build his hype. tenshin has expressed disinterest in mma tbh.

he could kick the shit out of floyd in a kickboxing bout. it would make zero sense for them to fight mma because... it makes zero sense.

they will box. the rules of the bout have not been agreed (or announced) yet. maybe some weirdo hybrid rules but for all intents and purposes they will box.

floyd wont lose a boxing match to an undersized japanese kickboxing prodigy/genius.
