..this is probably a dumb question.
but in all honestly, i still drink the worlds nastiest cup of joe.
i call it cock and balls, or cup-a-nasty
basically.. you take a pot of brewed coffee. add three spoons of instant, let it get cold. and punish it, while black. its the most mind awakening thing ever.

i also like my redbull, throughout the day. so i guess i would have to say coffee in the morning.

what do you guys like, and how do you prefer your coffee? hot cold, what goes in it?
im curious to see if anyone dare venture into the realm of nastiness that i do.

I was drinking those white monster cans for a minute but they were becoming a habit so I had to kick them. I'll drink a red bull now and then if I'm about to be at the bar for long periods of time.

I dont trust energy drinks generally. Not that I'm a health nut but I try not to corrode my esophagus with battery acid and bullshit if I can help it.

i use one scoop thing. i guess its a tablespoon? but yea 1 scoop per cup of water

my cup holds like 4 cups from the coffee maker thing. so that with 5 scoops of sugar da god and milk. if im feeling extra womanly i will substitute milk for french vanilla liquid creamer

on my lunchbreak i drink 2 grape 5 hour energys. energy drinks disgust me so id rather the 5 hour shits i can just gulp and be done with.

it is man, its totally fucking digusting. i cant even aquire a taste for it. but its the only way to get the results i want from a cup of coffee or anything else for that matter. instant is a must for me -it allows me to control the strength.

i know a good protein boost can help also -which is why i ask muscle milk. i used to stop in wawa everymorning when i did garage door maintenance.. grabbed me a vanilla muscle milk -and one of those protein power packs they sell which are AWESOME. in estimated total -it was 60 MGs of protein give or take 2mgs, Quick. always gave me a proper boost

nothing. i just get up and start my day.

since i don't get up until 9-9:30 (or later..), that's not a hard thing to do. i average 7-8 hours of sleep.
