I’d help dia but I can tell from his responses he isn’t ready to be helped and no hate or offense to him but I’m pretty he suffers from a mild cognitive disability or at the very least an artisocial personality disorder. Which is fine. We should leave the dude alone. He seems like a nice enough guy just trying to be a part of a community. This isn’t the guy to pick on.

help with what? I know how to get the weight off and am currently on a diet, motivation is key, that shits harder than actually starting a meal plan, because it's hard to give a fuck anymore.

how can you fit in a 2xl at 320? I'm 270 and require a xxxl I WOULD even wear xxxxl if I had to.

Being comfortable is a security blanket that causes people to never engage in things are tough or hard. Putting yourself in uncomfortable positions that are tough or hard are building blocks for happiness and success as a human being.

not really it's like the people that are trying to quit smoking, feeling like shit isn't enough motivation to change, you got people on the last lung before they are ready to quit if they even do it then, there has to be a deeper motivation than health.
