I had to come back to this battle a few times and really break it down mechanically. Jabari, you definitely had the more creative concepts and fresher material but I think the problem in your verse here was the wording felt rushed or incomplete at times, or maybe the execution didn’t give the bar enough sting. I know you’ve got the juice but you’ve been on a little break for a bit, so this is simply a comeback verse. Resin, I think what’s really saving you here is your wording. Almost always crisp in each bar and the flow really makes the lines easy to read and follow. You had some good punches but also a good number of them were bland, yet the wording kept them from being complete misses. Close battle and a good one, but I have resin taking this.

Yo this was a tough battle to decide on, both pretty much equal in hits. Consistency level on both parts was up to par. Wording for most bars was both dope, no problems in that field. I got JB by a small edge, "The Bell don't dismiss you" line was LOTB in my opinion and it gave JB the edge with his good consistency he had in his verse. Def dope shit to both here. Fiya matchup!
