While a man builds, a parasite will ask, "Where is my share?" Yet who really pressed the pressure switch? This city will always be betrayed by the weak and the desperate These proud few hang on every word like it's not a round noose The knot was found loose... But enough about me, let's talk about you... Pronouns who stockpile rooms and climb mountains for pay Would You Kindly obey; Would You Kindly sleep for nine hours a day Dreams are nightmares in a way, a place you're damned to hide in So tantalizing... @Universe This was pretty nice. Mechanically, it was very sound. Smooth flow, solid scheme work. Thematically it works. It reads in my head as a 50s radio jockey. Checked all the boxes as far as tying into the topic. Would have loved to see a more linear approach to narration, but I can deny the broadcasted propoganda rant approach gave you the freedom to flex more scheme wise.
