I personally smoked for 17 years and couldn’t run a half mile without being winded
I had smokers cough always
I started vaping and within 2 months I had no cough
I could run 2 miles without being winded
I personally know it’s better because I feel better. It doesn’t take data to know that
It also doesn’t take a genius to read more than one article to determine the exact chemical that causes popcorn lung and to realize if you’re buying your juice from anywhere other than a gas station, you’re probably ok

that chemical is in every single vape juice, its just more prevalent in flavored varieties.

you are in essence arguing its better because it doesn't have the physical effects of the other. the tar issue basically. but you are still exposing yourself to cancer causing agents, which is what kills you from tobacco smoke. the tar is a byproduct. look at how much resin/tar comes from weed. whens the last time you heard of people getting lung cancer from it?

chewing tobacco/dip leads to cancer. its the chemicals in it that give it. vaping has known cancer causing chemicals. we don't have the data of lifelong vapers to compare to the data of lifelong smokers. to claim one is healthier is nonsense

the answer at this point is don't do either if you're worried about your health

i'm assuming what you said after the part i bolded, you meant in reference to e-cigs. because the data is certainly there for diacetyl in general. also my whole point has been the data isn't there yet on e-cigs so to claim them as healthier is speaking from a place of ignorance. we literally don't know

also i got diacetyl confused with something they said is in antifreeze? the one thats in all of them. but who knows, each time i google now its a new one, acetoin, pentanedione, nickle/lead/other metals, etc.

my main concern with vaping is that it's an aerosol or something like that, right? Different from traditional cigarette smoke so the same/different chemicals may have different effects and there's not nearly as much data
